Local dealerships report increase in new vehicle sales
General Motors posted a 14-percent increase in new car sales in 2011, Ford's F series pickup was the most purchased new vehicle for the year with just under 600,000 sold and Ram pickups showed the highest year-to-year sales increase among pickup trucks.
